All sales are final at Nettleton Hollow. If you received what you ordered, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This helps us keep our prices low. In addition, because many of our items are very bulky, returning them is simply impractical.
Damage, Wrong Product or Shortages
If you received the wrong item, or if there was severe damage to the product, please send us some quick shots of all damaged product and the code on the box so we can confirm the issue within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. Once confirmed, we'll ship you a replacement, or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
These are natural products, and sizes, quantities and colors and descriptions are approximate. Like with produce and other bulk natural products, a small percentage of broken or imperfect product is to be expected.
