Products and Delivery
Are your products real?
	Almost all of our products are real. Different products have gone through different levels of processing. For instance, the Birch Poles, Forks and Trees are simply cut to length and go through minimal processing. On the other hand, many of the foliages and flowers have been dyed and preserved. If you have any questions about a particular product, please send us an email.
When can I expect my order?
	Most orders will be delivered within 5-8 business days, and typically sooner than that. Please visit our Shipping and Delivery page for more details. If you need an order by a particular date, please email us for an estimated delivery date. We are more than happy to do our very best to accommodate your schedule. However, please keep in mind that the ultimate delivery date is dependent on factors out of our control, such as the carrier, weather, and your availability to receive a shipment. Under no circumstances whatsoever is a missed delivery date grounds for refunds or returns of final sale items. As always though, you can return most items that ship from Brooklyn within 30 days for any reason whatsoever.
Where do you ship?
	We only ship to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S. This is because the general bulkiness of the products makes air shipping extremely expensive, and getting these sorts of products through customs can be very difficult.
